Our company started the design and application of castable monolithic top lining technology and monolithic foundation technology earlier. Our company has achieved Tubular Water Cooling Device for Monolithic Pouring of Furnace Top Lining (Patent No. 201410162665.2), Top Structure of Large Arched Porous High Temperature Electric Furnace (Patent No. 201410039977.4), Hanging Structure of Industrial Furnace Lining and Top (Patent No. 201220001026.4), Integral Pouring and Maintenance Method of Spherical Top of Zinc Smelting Thermal Furnace (Patent No. 200710055133.9), Domestic Refractory Castable for Imported Metallurgical Furnace of Flash Furnace and Ausmelt Furnace (Patent No.01127474.3), and Heat-resistant Monolithic Casting Foundation of Large Industrial Kiln and Its Forming Method (Patent No. 200810049948.0). In 2001, our company's "localization of unshaped refractories for imported metallurgical furnaces such as flash furnaces and Ausmelt furnaces" passed the appraisal of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and was awarded the third prize of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award. In 2007, our company's two achievements, "Application of New Metallurgical Refractory Lining for Electric Furnace (Mineral Heat, Dilution and Electric Heating Front Bed)" and "Foundation for Integrally Pouring Unshaped Refractories for Large Metallurgical Industry Kilns", passed the appraisal of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and "Key Technologies of High Efficiency and Energy Saving Furnace in China Nonferrous Metals Heavy and Precious Metallurgy" was awarded the first prize of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award.
