Luohua Company innovated and built the high-strength, ultra-thin and long-life combined lining of large-scale high-rise vertical kiln, which increased the overhaul cycle and overhaul life of large-scale kiln lining to more than ten years to decades. These ultra-thin and high-efficiency combined furnace linings, which basically need no maintenance, but have high strength, airtight, energy saving and environmental protection. The furnace is light. The thickness of the working layer is only 8-12CM, which is 40%-60% thinner than that of the traditional brick lining, and the overall weight of the lining is reduced by 25%-30%. Moreover, the strength and expansibility of the lining and the supporting structure are integrated, and the tear and collapse phenomenon of the lining is cured, thus ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of large-scale furnaces and kilns, and improving the equipment operation efficiency and comprehensive economic benefits.

Luohua Company invented 1500 series of acid and alkali corrosion resistant castable and 1100 series of steel fiber castable with early strength and high strength (Patent No. 200710055131.X and 01127474.3). These two series of castables have covered the lining of various high-temperature anti-erosion furnaces at home and abroad, such as ferrous metallurgy, nonferrous metallurgy, petroleum (coal) chemical industry, building materials cement, power generation boiler, large-scale gasification furnace, and national defense industry, and have become one of the basic castables for high-temperature lining in China.

This project has obtained multiple patents such as Large Vertical Self-locking Furnace Body and Industrial Furnace with Such Lining(Patent No. 202110526866.6) and High Strength Climbing Type Double Splint Thin Shell Hasp Lining Structure(Patent No. 201520117320.5). In 2001, "Wear-resistant and Refractory Castable (Acid and Alkali Corrosion Resistance) Applied to Gas Producer and Industrial Silicon Furnace" passed the appraisal of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. In 2007, "Development of LH-1500 Series Refractories and Its Industrial Application in Chemical Furnace" passed the appraisal of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.
