　　At present, the similar furnace types in the world have large volume and high production load. The combined lining technology of fluidized bed roasting furnace in large tuyere area innovatively built by our company supports its full-load service life of more than 30 years, and the effect of energy saving and production expansion is remarkable. Passing the national science and technology appraisal in 2005, it was rated as "obvious in economic, environmental protection and social benefits, reaching the international advanced level". The project has achieved Domestic Refractory Castable for Imported Metallurgical Furnace of Flash Furnace and Ausmelt Furnace (Patent No.01127474.3), New Furnace Structure of Fluidized Baking Furnace (Patent No.01262210.9), Ball Arch Top of Fluidized Roasting Furnace and Its Forming Method (Patent No.200710055127.3), Refractory Lining of Fluidized Roasting Furnace in Large Area Tuyere Area (Patent No.200710055130.5), and Large Vertical Self-locking Furnace Body and Industrial Furnace with Such Lining (Patent No.202110526866.6). In 2001, "New Lining Structure of Fluidized Roasting Furnace and Full Casting Technology of Amorphous Refractories" passed the appraisal of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. In 2003, "New Furnace Structure of Fluidized Roasting Furnace and Full Casting Technology of Unshaped Refractories" won the third prize of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award. In 2007, "Integral Pouring Materials and Application Technology of Sulfide Ore Fluidized Roasting Furnace (Furnace Cover)" passed the appraisal of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and was listed as Torch Promotion Project 2006GH031199 and the second batch of National Key Energy Saving Project No.10. In 2020, "Development and Application of 152m2 Fluidized Roaster Technology for Zinc Smelting" won the first prize of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award.
