Luohua Company innovatively designed and built the lining of high-activity waste water and waste high-temperature incinerator in China's national defense industry, successfully replacing the lining technology imported by the former Soviet Union, and replacing the expensive imported andesite with 1500 series acid and alkali corrosion-resistant castable invented by our company with one tenth of the cost. The invention patent number is ZL 2007 1 0055131.X. This invention is now widely used by non-ferrous and chemical high-temperature corrosion-resistant furnace lining, and has become one of the basic castable materials for high-temperature furnace lining in China.

This project has obtained multiple patents such as Large Vertical Self-locking Furnace Body and Industrial Furnace with Such Lining (Patent No. 202110526866.6) and High Strength Climbing Type Double Splint Thin Shell Hasp Lining Structure (Patent No. 201520117320.5). In 2001, "Wear-resistant and Refractory Castable (Acid and Alkali Corrosion Resistance) Applied to Gas Producer and Industrial Silicon Furnace" passed the appraisal of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. In 2007, "Development of LH-1500 Series Refractories and Its Industrial Application in Chemical Furnace" passed the appraisal of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.
