In 2015, the castable composite lining of large rotary kiln invented and built by our company passed the appraisal of China High-tech Industry Research Association, was evaluated as "International Advanced", and won the Science and Technology Achievement Award. In 2016, it passed the evaluation of the Energy Conservation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission. The evaluation results show that the energy saving rate of rotary kiln with combined lining is 89% higher than that of rotary kiln with brick lining. National Development and Reform Commission Key Low Carbon Energy Saving Technology Promotion Catalogue (2016 Edition) No.159. In 2017, this technology won the Top Ten Applied Technology Awards for Innovation in China. In 2022, the combined lining technology system of long-life large-scale rotary kiln has passed the appraisal and evaluation of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and the overall technology of the project is at the international leading level. This technology is suitable for all kinds of rotary heat equipment, which is dozens of times longer than the service life of traditional brick lining. This technology of Luohua Company has been successfully transformed into zinc leaching residue technology of high temperature and high corrosion blowing process, which has also achieved excellent application effect and is being widely popularized.
