Li Zhaoxia is the chairman of the Company, who was born on April 25, 1952. From September 1973 to November 1976, she studied automation instrument in the Department of Automatic Control of Northeastern University (formerly Northeast Institute of Technology), with bachelor degree and professor-level senior engineer. From December 1976 to 1990, she worked in Luoyang National Refractory Research Institute, and from 1988 to 1990, she served as the General Manager of Hainan Science and Technology Company. After 1991, she founded Luoyang Luohua Powder Engineering Special Refractory Co., Ltd. and Luoyang Luohua Kiln Industry Co., Ltd., and she served as the chairman and technical director of the two companies since then. Since 2012, she has been hired by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association as the head of the National Nonferrous Metallurgical Refractories and Furnace Engineering Technology Center, the vice president of the Industrial Furnace Branch of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and the special expert of the Expert Work Department, the head of Refractory and Lining System Solution Technology Center of China Petroleum and Petrochemical Research Association, vice president of Beijing Private Economic Development Promotion Association, etc.
Major achievements, awards, contributions to production
Li Zhaoxia is a well-known expert in the field of refractory materials and industrial furnace lining design in China. She has been engaged in refractory research for nearly 50 years. During this period, she obtained 55 invention patents at home and abroad, presided over one national torch plan project in 2016 and one national key new product project. The "fluidized roasting high-efficiency energy-saving furnace technology" developed by her has been listed in the second batch of national key energy-saving promotion technology catalogue; the "energy-saving technology for combined lining of large rotary kiln" has been listed in the National Key Energy-saving and Low-carbon Technology Promotion Catalogue (this energy-saving part in 2016), and she won the 2017 Innovation Award for Applying New Technologies in Top Ten Industries in China. After years of hard work, she has summarized and created a total of 14 scientific and technological achievements (appraised by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and China High-tech Industrialization Research Association to reach the international advanced level), including Localization of Unshaped Refractories for Imported Metallurgical Furnaces Such as Flash Furnaces and Ausmelt Furnaces, New Lining Structure of Fluidized Roasting Furnace and Whole Casting Technology of Amorphous Refractories, Research on New Non-metallic Hanging Structure Composite Furnace Wall Structure and Application of New Materials at the Top Level of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler, Insulation Dry Packing of Inductor of Zinc Melting Power Frequency Electric Furnace (Cored) and Docking Technology of Inductor Replacement Without Stopping Furnace, New Coreless Crucible for Power Frequency Induction Furnace, Wear-Resistant and Refractory Castable (Acid and Alkali Corrosion Resistant) for Gas Producer and Industrial Silicon Furnace, Study on Localization of Lining of Large Aluminum Hydroxide Fluidized Roasting Furnace, Integral Casting Materials and Application Technology of Fluidized Roasting Furnace (Furnace Cover) for Sulfide Ore, Research and Application of Localization of Large Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) and Intermediate Reheat Natural Circulation Boiler Lining, Development of LH-1500 Series Refractories and Their Industrial Application in Chemical Kilns, Fundamentals for Integral Casting of Unshaped Refractories in Large Metallurgical Industry Kilns, Application of New Metallurgical Refractory Lining for Electric Furnace (Mineral Heat, Dilution and Electric Heating Front Bed), Combined Lining Technology of Long-life Large Rotary Kiln, and Technical System of Combined Lining Technology of Long-life Large Rotary Kiln. Using these 14 technologies, she has presided over the development of more than 150 kinds of refractory bricks, prefabricated blocks, castable materials, ramming materials, gunning materials and other products in 14 series. These products can be used under harsh conditions such as ultra-high temperature, strong thermal shock, low temperature, strong oxidation, strong reducing atmosphere, strong acid, strong alkali, and heavy corrosion. They not only replace imported refractory products, but also go abroad with the "Belt and Road Initiative" project, and the main products and application effects have achieved leading position at home and abroad. She has won five first prizes, one second prize, two third prizes and one government Science and Technology Progress Award in China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award. Applying these technological achievements, she presided over the development, design and construction of nearly 2,000 furnaces with excellent quality, involving metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, electric power, national defense special chemical industry, harmless treatment of garbage and waste, etc. These furnaces have a service life of several years or even decades, showing superior comprehensive performance and achieving great economic and social benefits.
At present, she has published more than 30 papers, and the related products and technologies she developed have been listed in manuals, monographs and textbooks such as Design Manual of Nonferrous Metallurgical Furnace, Lead and Zinc Metallurgy, Modern Copper Metallurgyand Unshaped Refractories.
Because of her outstanding contribution to refractories, she was elected as a special researcher and think tank expert of the Academic Committee of the China Academy of Management Science, member of the National Refractory Standardization Technical Committee, vice president of Henan High-tech Industry Chamber of Commerce, member of the Tenth CPPCC in Luoyang City, vice chairman of the Board of Directors of China Mining Engineering and China Nonferrous Metallurgy, and member of the Eighth Committee of Nonferrous Equipment Academic Committee of The Nonferrous Metals Society of China, and was awarded as ambassador of Global Promotion of National Brands, honest entrepreneur, First Top 100 Private Industrialists in Luoyang City, Second Top 100 Private Science and Technology Industrialists in Luoyang City, Henan Province, manager of excellent construction company in Luoyang City, etc. The advanced technological deeds of her and the enterprises she founded have been reported by newspapers, magazines and online media such as People's Representative Newspaper, China Reform Dailyand China High-tech Magazinefor many years.
Huang He is the General Manager of the Company. He graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology in June 2002, majoring in inorganic nonmetallic materials, with a master's degree in thermal energy and power engineering, building materials engineer, registered second-class constructor and senior project manager. He joined the work in July 2002. He is one of the main bearers of 2006 National Torch Plan "Introducing the Localization of Large-scale Aluminum Hydroxide Dilute Phase Fluidized Roasting Furnace Lining Refractories" and "Fluidized Roasting High Efficiency and Energy Saving Furnace Technology"(National Key Energy Saving Popularization Technology Catalogue Project of National Development and Reform Commission in 2009) and "Energy Saving Technology of Large Rotary Kiln Combined Lining" (National Key Energy Saving and Low Carbon Technology Promotion Catalogue Project of National Development and Reform Commission in 2016). He has served as Technical Director and General Manager of Luoyang Luohua Powder Engineering Special Refractory Co., Ltd. and Luoyang Luohua Kiln Industry Co., Ltd..
Huang He is one of the inventors of more than 50 patents of Luohua Company. Since 2002, he has been engaged in the research and development of furnace engineering technology, and served as the construction project manager in the technology popularization demonstration project. He applied various patented and proprietary long-life energy-saving and environment-friendly lining combination technologies pioneered by Luohua Company to the construction technology of large and super-large high-temperature furnaces in smelting processes at home and abroad, to prolong the long-term stable service life of large and super-large high-temperature furnaces in China to several times and dozens of times that of traditional refractory brick lining, and show excellent quality such as energy saving, environmental protection and improving smelting energy bearing capacity of furnaces and kilns. He served as the project leader in Dagongshan and Qingshan Group of China and Myanmar, Macrolink Group and several Chinese RKEF laterite nickel metallurgical process projects, Zhuye Nonferrous Metals Group and Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Group and other super-large 152m2roasting furnace lining brick masonry projects, Shandong Xinfa Group and Guangxi Southern Nonferrous Metals Group's long-life ultra-thin portable flexible combined furnace lining in large fluidized bed gasifier, and won unanimous praise from the industry.
