2. Type selection
Five major industries, thousands of kilns and refractories are widely used in high temperature industries, which determines that we must choose suitable refractories with a rigorous attitude to maintain the normal and efficient operation of kilns.
3. Contract signing
The contract is signed to protect your interests. We provide electronic and paper contracts, including early guidance of refractory materials to production, delivery, construction and after-sales services.
4. Production
As a refractory manufacturer for 32 years, we have established a standardized, automatic and electronic refractory production line in line with ISO9001 quality management system.
5. Delivery
"30% depends on material, and 70% depends on construction". In order to give full play to the performance of refractory materials and effectively improve the service life of kiln, a good construction scheme and construction implementation are essential.
6. After-sales service
We provide you with after-sales support by regular door-to-door and telephone return visit, understand the use of your current products and listen to your opinions. If there are quality problems in feedback, we will provide you with appropriate services in time.
